RJC’s services

Over the past few years restorative justice have been integrated into a range of services and contexts. By drawing on our faith heritage and academic disciplines we aim to offer leadership, tools and support to everyone who is pursuing a restorative vision. 

We specifically offer the following services:

  1. Training various groups such as community members,spiritual leaders, mediators, social workers, psychologists, para-legal staff, defense lawyers, prosecutors and magistrates.
  2. Mediation and conflict transformation at all stages of the criminal justice system.
  3. In partnership with Prison Fellowship SA, implementing The Sycamore Tree Project, an international programme that teaches people in prison the concepts of restorative justice.
  4. Promoting the application of restorative justice in multiple fields and promoting good practice
